The regional bus service is operated by Compagnia Trasporti Lazio (Co.Tra.L.). The bus terminus for these services is located in piazza Vittorio Emanuele near the south entrance of the port. A free shuttle service is available to transport passengers to their ship from Largo della Pace, the bus terminus located at the exit of the port. This bus stop is around 100 m from the south entrance of the port. The bus stop in Via XVI Settembre and at Porta Tarquina are around 200 m / 650 ft from the north entrance of the port.
